First, translate and read the description you got with the editor.
Secondly, translate and read the documentation on my site.

Start with small maps.

You can modify the size of the brush (if you have selected the brush shape "hex") by using the "PageUp" and "PageDown"-Keys.

and also, why i cant change many editor values?

What are the exact values, you can't change? Give us some examples.

As Tommy said, read the existing documentations - especially those for beginners as "Edi Einführung" (=Editor introduction) and "Wie fange ich an?" (=How do i start?) - and try the editor out with some test maps. The internal editor is much more complicated than the one, you can find on the CD, and it takes some time to handle it.

i can't edit brush size at the bottom and vertex values (i know i can change them on keyboards, but can i type them?)

Vertex with + and - in the numeric keypad.
